**4. Money-Back Guarantee**
a. Hostsler offers a 10-day money-back guarantee for website hosting services only. This guarantee allows our customers to receive a full refund within the first 10 days of their hosting service if they are not satisfied.
b. The money-back guarantee does not apply to domain registration. All domain registrations are final. Domain registration fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the domain registration providers and are non-recoverable.

**5. Cancellation Policy**
a. Account cancellation requests must be received through our official cancellation form or through our customer service team in accordance with our cancellation terms.
b. Refunds for cancelled accounts will be made, considering the money-back guarantee policy for hosting services only.

**6. Domain Registration**
a. Hostsler may assist you in the registration of domain names. Domain registration is subject to third-party domain registrars’ terms of service. You retain ownership of any domain names registered through Hostsler.
b. By registering a domain name, you agree to be bound by the policies of the relevant registry or registration authority.

**7. Prohibited Use**
You are prohibited from using our services for activities that include, but are not limited to, illegal activities, spamming, hacking, and distributing malware or viruses.

**8. Limitation of Liability**
Hostsler shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to, any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

**9. Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostsler and its employees, affiliates, and subsidiaries from any claim, loss, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the services.
